I want to go to a training camp / Brazilian Jiu Jitsu retreat. I found a couple online, but I hear people were. who do you recommend? Wasit, worth it? are good for beginners? was intense? What percentage of time spent on training? How was the food?

Frankly, I would if I as a beginner, because it would simply be a waste of money. Perhaps with more experience is worth it, because this is really able to learn the latest techniques.
